High school football: Roggeman is set for challenge at Memorial South Bend Tribune Bill Roggeman's last tenure as a head coach was at Peru High School, from 1989-94. It's different for him this time around, and he takes over as a head coach for the second time, taking charge of Elkhart Memorial's program. He took over for Kevin Downey.
